站在神的應許之上

這兩天我看明一件事：上帝賜福給我的家，完全是為了我的緣故！

神給祂百姓的應許是堅固可靠，好像磐石，還是好像流動的沙？論到感覺，許多人把它當作不靠的東西。但是信心是有感覺的。如果你的對神的信實慈愛作為有親身體驗，而且你並不懷疑那只是偶然事件，或者認為主要是自己努力的結果，那麼你是很有福的。要惜福和讚美！

從不信的人來看，遇到美事當然都是因為上帝以外的其它因素，沒有甚麼好感恩的。他們繼續忙著為其它不那麼順利的事情奔忙生氣。但是感激、蒙慈愛、與神與人有聯結的感受很重要，這些情緒對於身體產生一種最重要不可缺少的化學成分（oxytocin），能夠幫助止痛，疏解精神壓力，抗抑鬱，這些都有利於增強身體的免疫系統。詳細可參考這篇文章，而你內心的平安，則幫你建立和維持比較健康良好的人際關係。

讓我們接受上帝的擁抱，作蒙祂所愛的兒女吧。祂應許在生活中看顧求告祂的人。也讓我們彼此連結，因為神的兒女是站在祂的應許之上的群體。下面這首詩歌是我們教會今天敬拜結束時唱的，Standing on the promises，很好聽。
