唱歌口吻是民主黨的選民，被右翼說客指摘為woke等等。小布什是共和黨人，儘管他恐怕是同意這首歌的基調，不喜歡川普發布很多違反憲法的行政令--每次遭到起訴，律師都無法為新令辯護，初級和中級法院常判政府違法。
